LAKE CHARLES – Three McNeese baseball legends will step onto the field once again before Wednesday’s contest against UL-Lafayette, although this time it won’t be to take their position on the mound or in the field. Instead, Ray Fontenot, Terry Burrows and Charlie Phillips will look on as each alumnus’s number jersey is placed on the outfield wall in honor of the dedication and hard work each put in to make the Cowboys one of the most respectable programs in the nation.
